Is the free review actually free, or a trial?

Free, full stop. No card required, no time limit on using it once. The paid tier is for ongoing, repeated reviews, not for unlocking the first one.

Do I need to connect my bank account?

No. You export a file from wherever you already get your statements (bank, Stripe, Shopify, accounting software) and upload that. No login, no account access.

When does the paid plan launch?
